Please be advised that the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting on January 13th, 2026 at 10am via Zoom prior to the regular Board meeting. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to present the voting results for the proposed legal action against Maryland Health Club. The Zoom link will be emailed a few days prior to the meeting.
The ECCA cannot move forward with legal action unless at least 103 (30%) of the 342 households approve of this action and less than 68 (20%) disapprove. Your attendance at this special meeting is critical to ensure that your ECCA Board can meet its fiduciary obligations to this community. If the required percentage of Members do not wish to pursue this matter, the Board will stand down as it has satisfied its fiduciary notice to the Members by virtue of this correspondence.
When to Cast Your Vote It is important that all homeowners vote on this matter. The Board urges you to return your ballots to VN Management no later than 5pm on January 12th, 2026.
