Annual meeting and Board election will be held today, December 9th beginning at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held at Easton Volunteer Fire Department located at 315 Leonard Rieck Drive. If you have not submitted your ballot, please bring it to the meeting or submit to Alison Sedney if you are unable to attend. We will have a few extra copies available.
A Q&A will be held to discuss the Stormwater Management System and proposed legal action against MHC. The association’s attorney will be present as well. You may submit your ballot at the meeting before or after the Q&A. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, we strongly encourage you to attend.
The ECCA Holiday Party will immediately follow the Annual meeting!
