Board Vice President - Pam Reynolds

I have lived in the Easton Club for 22 years; moving here from Miami, Florida after practicing law for twenty years.  Represented children, as a guardian ad litem,  in custody and divorce cases for Talbot and Caroline County until 2020.  Previously served as the ECCA attorney and on the ECCA Legal Committee.  I am happy to be on the board and look forward to working with everyone in the community.
Board Treasurer - Sue Abrahams

I moved to the Eastern Shore when I was 15.  I graduated from Easton High and then went on to attend Washington College.  After graduating, I moved up to Connecticut to start a career in healthcare materials management.  I worked with medical staff to source and procure goods and services. I negotiated and awarded contracts, and was involved with the maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment.
I eventually left healthcare and decided to own and operate my own restaurant which I did for 8 years.  During those years I learned how to run a small business.  From marketing and book keeping to customer service and cooking, I learned to do it all!
I am now retired and live in the Easton Club with my husband Mike and our son David.  I currently co-chair the Social Committee and am getting to know many of the residents.  I’m looking forward to serving on the board as treasurer and feel as though, with my fellow board members, we can make sure that the Easton Club Community continues to be a safe and vibrant place to live.

Board Secretary - Alison Sedney

Alison grew up in New York and CT, receiving a BA from Bard College and completing Masters work in Anthropology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Alison spent her career in corporate communications, working with several leading organizations in the area of corporate relocation and cross cultural consulting. In that capacity, she managed global teams responsible for Public Relations, Advertising, corporate messaging, and internal and external communications.

Alison and her husband, Len, moved to Easton Club in 2022, after 30+ years in Ridgefield, CT and a shorter 5 year stint in center city Philadelphia. Alison is looking forward to working with the Board and the entire Easton Club Community!
Board Member at Large - Ron Frei

I am a semi-retired civil-structural engineer and have practiced all over the US on design-build projects.  I resided in Redding Ct. for 44 years.   I grew up in New York City.  I joined the board to help with the work of the maintenance committee and architectural committee.

I moved here in 2021 and really appreciate all the care that has gone into keeping the Easton Club such a nice place to live.  My wife and I have 4 grandchildren, 2 of whom reside nearby in Falls Church, VA.

Phyllis Lingeman - Board Member at Large

After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University, I began my career in the travel industry culmination as Director of Product Development and Marketing at American Express in New Your City.  After retiring from the corporate world, I served as Secretary/Treasurer on another HOA Board and volunteered with the Trust for Historic Preservation in Tarrytown, N.Y.

My husband sold his business and we moved to Easton in 2015 for a simpler, less congested life nearer to family in Virginia.

Since joining The Easton Club, I have served on the Architectural Committee both as a member and chairperson.  I was elected to the Board of Directors in 2021 and have since served on the Bylaws Committee and as liaison to the Board for the Covenants Committee.

This experience has given me a depth of knowledge of our Covenants and Restrictions as well as best practices and procedures, thus affording me the opportunity to provide history and continuity to the 2024-25 Board.

Board Member at Large - Amy Manley

Amy works for Jacobs Solutions, Inc., a technical professional services provider. She is a Global Principal, in the Built Environment practice and leads the Work + Change Strategies team. Amy works with organizations to develop real estate and work environment solutions that align business goals, organizational dynamics and employee needs.

Amy is looking forward to working together to provide solutions to the community’s needs.
